These Terms govern your access to and purchases from shoptanming.com.

Overview

TanmingFashion is a trading name operated by Hefei Zhurenweng Trading Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “TanmingFashion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shoptanming.com, including purchases and other services made available through the Site (collectively, the “Service”).

By visiting the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Our store uses technology and hosting services provided by Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you, but Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from TanmingFashion. Unless another seller is expressly identified before checkout, any contract of sale is between you and Hefei Zhurenweng Trading Co., Ltd.

1. Online Store Terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are using the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use the Service or our products for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

You must not introduce viruses, malware, destructive code, or other technology intended to interfere with the Service. A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

2. General Conditions

We may refuse or limit the Service, cancel orders, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, legal violations, security risks, inventory errors, payment issues, or misuse of the Site.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service or Site content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service from time to time. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, images, materials, and availability accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, dye lots, production batches, and device displays. Measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Products may be available only online, in limited quantities, or for limited periods. We may change product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, or assortment, or discontinue a product, at any time without prior notice.

We may limit sales or quantities by customer, household, account, payment method, shipping address, geographic area, or order when reasonably necessary. Any offer is void where prohibited by law.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or other rights that apply under mandatory consumer-protection law.

4. Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, shipping, billing, and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, an order is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or shipment.

We may review, limit, reject, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or suspected resale activity. If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the details provided at checkout. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.

5. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site or at checkout and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, duties, and other fees will be shown at or before checkout where required. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total amount displayed for your order.

Payment information is processed by Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

6. Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, incomplete addresses, inventory issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If a product-specific term conflicts with a general policy, the product-specific term applies to that product to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in our policies limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Accuracy, Errors, and Changes

Information on the Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product details, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order at any time, including after an order is submitted, subject to applicable law. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion.

We are not required to update every item of historical or general information on the Site unless required by law.

8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

The Service may provide access to third-party tools, apps, payment methods, social features, or links that we do not control. Third-party services are provided under their own terms and policies, and your use of them is at your discretion and risk, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, products, or practices of unaffiliated third-party websites or services. Please review their terms and policies before completing a transaction or providing personal information.

9. User Content and Feedback

If you submit a review, photo, video, comment, suggestion, or other material (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the User Content and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You must not submit confidential information that you do not want made public.

We may monitor, edit, decline to publish, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider unlawful, misleading, abusive, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Shopify and other service providers may process personal information to host and operate the store, process payments and orders, provide security and analytics, and support other enabled features, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you may not use the Site or Service to:

• violate applicable law or encourage unlawful activity;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or harm another person;
• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information;
• transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or malicious code;
• collect or track personal information without authorization;
• scrape, crawl, probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or access controls, except where expressly permitted by law;
• interfere with the operation, security, availability, or integrity of the Service; or

13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that all information will always be complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, or replacement costs arising from use of the Service or products purchased through it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any statutory warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful misuse of the Service, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the unenforceable portion will be severed. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, failed to make payment, or misused the Service.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination, will remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement and Waiver

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject.

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision does not waive that right or provision. Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. However, if you are a consumer, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws applicable in the country, state, province, or region where you habitually reside.

Any dispute may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
