Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through TanmingFashion’s independent website.
Shipping Destination
TanmingFashion currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only. Please make sure that your complete and accurate shipping address is provided at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully verified.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel the order or modify its delivery address.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is available on all eligible orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase amount is required for standard free shipping.
Shipping Method and Carrier
Orders are shipped using tracked shipping services. Depending on the order and delivery destination, TanmingFashion may use USPS or other tracked shipping partners. Final-mile delivery may be completed by USPS.
A tracking number will be provided by email after the order has been dispatched.
Transit Time
After the order has been dispatched, standard transit normally takes approximately 3–10 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time, including order processing and transit, is approximately 4–13 business days:
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit after dispatch: 3–10 business days
Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather conditions, public holidays, peak shopping periods, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
If we become aware that an order cannot be dispatched within the stated processing period, we will contact the customer with updated information. Where applicable, the customer may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Please allow approximately 24–72 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display the first update after the tracking number has been issued.
Expedited Shipping
TanmingFashion does not currently offer a guaranteed expedited shipping service at checkout. Please do not select or pay for an expedited service unless it is specifically offered and confirmed by TanmingFashion before your order is placed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us and provide your order number and tracking number. We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier.
